YooToo Finance — Terms of Use

Effective date: March 2026 · Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using YooToo Finance ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

YooToo Finance is a personal finance tracking application that parses bank statements, credit card statements, payslips, and receipts to help you manage your spending. The App stores your financial data locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions

YooToo Finance offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

4. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the subscription price for the plan you selected.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Financial data is stored locally on your device. Document parsing is performed via a secure server connection and files are discarded immediately after processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YooToo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YooToo does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that parsed financial data will be 100% accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You should always verify parsed transactions against your original statements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YooToo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on data displayed in the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
